A few things to consider before requesting an appointment:

Cancellations

Due to an increase in last minute cancellations and no-shows, we will be enforcing a stricter cancellation policy. From now on, any appointment scheduled will require a credit card on file and at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. In the event of a last minute cancellation or no-show, your card will be charged 50% of the cost of the service scheduled. This will also apply to any client who runs more than 15 minutes late forcing us to reschedule. No further appointments may be booked unless or until the cancellation fee is paid.

Our employees are paid based on commission. This means that any time an appointment is cancelled and we are unable to fill it, our stylists lose money and more importantly, the opportunity to offer that time to another client who may be on a cancellation or waitlist.

We put a lot of effort into managing our schedules to accommodate clients as best we can and being careful not to run behind to avoid inconveniencing our guests. We respect our clients’ time and we expect the same courtesy in return.

All new guests and guests with lengthy color sessions must provide a credit card to reserve an appointment.

Any guests who have previously been unable to uphold the cancellation policy will also be required to provide credit card information.

Late Arrivals

We reserve the right to reschedule any client who arrives more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment. If we are unable to accommodate a guest due to a late arrival, a non- refundable deposit will be required for their next appointment.

We understand that many things in life are not within our control and emergencies do happen. To avoid any fees, please call us when you may be running late or in the event of an emergency. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds

Client satisfaction is our priority! If your results are unsatisfactory, please contact the salon within one week of your appointment so that we can make any necessary adjustments, within reason, free of charge.

Salon liability- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Robes are provided to each client for all services.
